Our website ordering process features secure server checkout to safeguard your credit card info. In addition, you can bail out of the online checkout process and use your shopping cart to produce a paper order form that you can mail or fax.
Shipping Problems - It is our policy to resolve shipping problems promptly and courteously. We will always send you an email if we know a shipment is going to be delayed; So, if you have any concerns, please get in touch right away. If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time based on your shipping method and location, please let us know ASAP by email (preferred) or phone. Don't wait to notify us; unless you've heard otherwise from us, ground shipments to US destinations should arrive within 7-8 business days (Ground and 3-day arrival times are not guaranteed and holiday shipments can take longer, but this is a good rule of thumb).
Choosing the right shipping method - Please select postal service shipping methods ONLY for shipping outside the 48 continental US states, unless you have an over-riding reason why you cannot receive shipments via carriers such as UPS and FEDEX. In this case, please use the special instructions field in our shopping cart to explain why package needs to be shipped via the post office. Otherwise it will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX.
Overseas shipments - Our order entry system computes shipping charges for overseas shipments automatically; simply select your country from the drop-down box and choose one of the US Postal Service international services as the shipping method.
Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient as is the liability for determining if the item is permitted to be shipped to your country. Shipping charges will not be refunded on packages refused by customs or undeliverable due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, and APO/FPO addresses - Our order entry system computes shipping charges for these destinations automatically; simply choose US Post Office Priority Mail as the shipping method.
When do we ship your order? - Our online system accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept and ship new orders throughout the business day. Orders received after 4:30PM EST may not ship until the next business day. Orders received from Friday evening through Sunday evening won't be shipped until Monday.
How long do 3-day, 2-day, and next-day shipping take? -
Please leave it on the porch - For your protection as well as ours, neither we nor UPS/FEDEX endorse leaving packages without a signature; please don't ask us to do this. If you are rarely home during the day, we'll be glad to ship the package to a work address. If you give your local UPS or FEDEX driver permision to leave the package without a signature, you accept all liability if the package is lost.

Order cancellation - Orders cancelled before we ship them receive full credit. Orders cancelled after shipment may be refused by the recipient; if returned un-opened and un-damaged, you will receive credit less shipping and handling. Orders shipped on a free-shipping promotion and then cancelled will be charged back the shipping and handling that would have applied. Products returned after being opened are subject to our re-stocking fee plus s/h charges.

Address redirection - Orders requiring address redirection after shipment will be charged a $10 administrative fee
Payment methods - We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and also money orders and checks in US funds drawn on US banks. These can all be processed through our online shopping cart. Please note that checks require a 20-business-day hold before we will ship. If you need the item shipped immediately, you must use a credit card. No exceptions, sorry.
Defective items - Subject to the manufacturer's warranty, we will replace or repair at our option any demonstrably-defective product returned within 30 days of our shipping date. (Exception: antique phones may be returned to us for repair for 1 year)You pay the shipping to return the item; we pay the shipping to send the replacement.
Advanced replacements - At your request and subject to availability, we will advance-replace the defective unit. In this case, we'll charge your credit card as though for a new order and then credit back the card when we have received and processed the defective unit that you return. Advance replacement is not available in cases where you are unable to return a complete product with all its accessories, manuals, and packaging. In such circumstances, once we receive your defective, we will return piece for piece what you have sent us. In the event that we advance replace an item and, when your defective comes back it is determined to be incomplete, it will be subject to a restocking fee.
Insurance and tracking of returns - Please ship the defective item using a method that has tracking and be sure to insure it appropriately. PHONE SOURCE is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment, even if initially defective and we will not be able to issue credit in such cases..
Restocking fee - Our restocking fee is 15%. It applies to non-defective item returns and to defectives not returned in like-new condition.

Return authorizations - Please note that no products can be accepted for return without a valid return authorization. You can reuqest the RA by phone, email, or fax. Please also note that an RA expires 10 business days after it has been issued to you. Items received by us after that time period may be refused.

However, due to the number of products and manufacturers on our site, along with the frequency of product changes issued by manufacturers, it is inevitable that mistakes will creep in from time to time.
